I would love to share this recipe with you!

spread vanilla butter cream over cupcakes.
Edible fruit decoration
this is for the fruit on top of cupcakes and you can eat it too. I usually made this for table arrangement to make it look like snow time.
Ingredients:
Fine Sugar
white eggs, whisk it
fruits ( I choose, black berrys, strawberrys and slice of apple)
1. Wash and dry all of the fruit.
2. Dip the fruit on egg white, just enough to cover the fruit or you can brush it all all over the fruit.
3. sprinkle sugar over all the surgace and place to dry.
4. Arrange it on top of cupcakes or cakes or floral arrangement.
I hope you will enjoy my post and have a great day everyone!
XOXO
