What I wore: Oversized cape from J CREW / Lipstick: MAC Please Me.
Is still cold here in SoCal, El nino and cold sunny day keep taking turn. Like yesterday was raining the whole day and today it was a cold sunny day, but whether the mother nature throw me a gusty wind, rain or sunny day I always want to be in style in any weather, beside it makes me feel good even in gloomiest day of the season, and lift up my spirit. After all winter can be depressing season but we can make it the best of it and better yet it can be a stylish and fabulous.
Hangout with my family wearing one of my favorite cape, although the look is simple but it has an edge to it. And sometimes we need a "wow" factor to our outfit by just add it one "statement piece" so I pair it with my over the knee boots to bring my wardrobe to a new level, and I kept minimalist on jewelries. However tights are my best friend for this season, is easy to pair with anything, simple, lights and keep me warm.

ReplyDeleteI think the cape is cute. I've never been quite able to pull one of those off. And yes, the weather has been insane in SoCal! There's more of a bite to the chill than previous winters. Had to break out a slightly heavier coat yesterday.
