Hello lovelies, today let's not talk, but let's talk about natural remedies that lots of cosmetic company included, or put it on their product main ingredients.
Lately, I am crazy for HONEY, I didn't just use it as a sweetener for my tea or on my breakfast, but I used it also on my everyday beauty regiment.

As you know Honey packed of vitamin, nutrient, and mineral to help, we achieve vitality, elasticity and fresh, glowing skin. Honey also is known to remove bacteria and shrinking pores and is naturally antibacterial, so it's great for acne treatment and prevention. Honey is full of antioxidant is excellent for slowing down aging, rejuvenated and reduced skin irritation.

here I want to share with you some of our family beauty recipes:

1. SCRUB
I have sensitive skin, sometimes scrubbing just irritated my skin and brought more skin problem. So to choose the right one is a bit tricky for me, but these homemade Scrub works wonder on my skin to take away dirt and dead cell of my skin. This is what you need:

- 1 Tbl spoon Honey
- 1 Tbl spoon cold press Olive Oil or Coconut oil or Jojoba oil(my skin can't tolerate Olive Oil)
- 1 Tbl spoon oatmeal
- 1 Tbl spoon Lemon (if you have oily skin)

Mix all together and apply to your clean damp skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it with lukewarm water. You need to do it the least once a week

2. MASK
To improve healthy glowing skin and to get rid of the unwanted black spots from sun damages. Honey and baking soda are great for a natural exfoliating agent and helps to stimulate blood circulation.

- 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil again you can substitute with Argan Oil or Rose Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Mix all together and apply to your clean damp skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse it with lukewarm water. Do it once a week.

3. HAIR MASK
To make your hair, Silky shiny and healthy.
Mix One cup of Milk and 1 tablespoon of Honey, and a little bit of Lemon.
Pour all the mixture to your hair and put on your shower cap or for more great result wet your towel with lukewarm water and cover your hair with it. Leave it on for 30 minutes, and wash your hair with your favorite shampoo and conditioner.

4. HONEY BATH
Instead of using salt on your bath time, try to use Honey and Milk to keep your skin smooth and moisturize.

5. DRY LIPS
Mix Honey, Olive Oil and Cocoa Butter for dry lips.

3. Honey cleanser

Though it’s not meant for removing delicate eye makeup, honey still makes a good cleanser. “It is amazing at dissolving other makeup, especially when mixed with your favorite natural plant oil and spices,” Wallace tells us. She suggests creating a mixture of honey and oil (try coconut oil or jojoba oil) to form a balmy texture that is slippery enough to slide across your face. “Add in a dash of cinnamon, turmeric or nutmeg for an aromatic treat. Massage the concoction over your face, loosening up heavy makeup and moisturizing your skin at the same time.” ( Need to change Joice)
6. To Rejuvenate Your Body From Inside.
Drink Lemon Juice with Honey every morning. To cleanse your body and help freshen up your day.

Ok lovelies, hope this will help you to maintain healthy, glowing and beautiful skin of yours by the ingredients that you can find it right from your own kitchen.
