My new addiction, so light and refreshing specially on summer time.
sweet and sour, little bit salty Caprese Salad, believe me ...I only ate 4 sliced of these and I was full for the whole day and is so easy to make.
Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
1. lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 thick
1 bunch of fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil, drizzling
coarse salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Directions
On the plater I layered and alternating slices of tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaf (when I eat, I add three more basil leaf of every one slice of tomatoes and mozzarella). Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
