"Nobody has ever measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold. - Zelda Fitzgerald

Z: The Beginning of Everything'
Ok, before I go further, I want to ask you a question, have you ever watch 'The Great Gatsby' movie or read the novel?
Yeah... F Scott Fitzerald is the author of  'The Great Gatsby' (one of my favorite movie ever!!!) and Zelda Fitzgerald was his wife. Rumor has it, the female character in the novel, Daisy Buchanan, was base on Fitzerald ex-girlfriend Genevra King, but for me, it sounds so much like Zelda Fitzgerald, his wife. And besides, he wrote this novel three years after he married Zelda. So, there you go, most likely Daisy Buchanan, from the novel 'The Great Gatsby' was based on Zelda his wife.

Z: The beginning of Everything are a series movie streaming at AMAZON Prime right now, is based on the diary of Zelda Fitzgerald and her love story with Fitzerald her husband. Zelda Sayre (her maiden name) was born in Montgomery, Alabama in 1900. Her long line family was in the US government, and her father was a judge for the Supreme court of Alabama. In her town, Zelda was the "it girl" of her time, she enjoyed the parties and social life and love to be the center of attention. And she was often the talk of the town also. But, much more than her gossip lives, she was a talented dancer.

She met F. Scott Fitzgerald at a country club dance, when she was 18. And he was stationed at Montgomery as a second lieutenant in the infantry. Fitgerald falls for her and proposed to her but she was unimpressed with his financial future and rejected the marriage proposal. Nevertheless, when Fitzgerald return to New York the pair continued sending each other letters.
In order to win her back, Fitzerald finally wrote his book and when he got to publish, he sent her a letter to let her know and she immediately accepted Fitzgerald marriage proposal. And the rest of the story you have to watch it yourself on Amazon Prime....

When I watched the trailer I couldn't wait to watch the movie, I knew is going to be a gorgeous movie since Zelda was called by her husband 'The first flapper girl'.
I have always been infatuated with the 1920 style, is the golden era of glamour. I love the pearls, sequin and glitters, and everything else about that era. So, when finally the movie come out I watched for hours and finish the first season within 24 hours. Oh my, I'm telling you the movie was amazing and, Christina Ricci was gorgeous and she adapted to the character almost flawless. The costume are stupendous, and her hair is just amazingly stylish, I want her hair! No wonder nowadays a lot of girls are sporting hairstyle like hers. Is "the it hair style" for 2017!
